Safety risk assessments
If your company or business is performing a new task, identifies an existing issue, CAG is available to carry out a detailed risk assessment using our personalized templates using latest industry standards. We offer an unbiased view outlining all risks which may be involved in your activity.
We offer a comprehensive prevention and recovery controls in order to eliminate the hazard or threat or to reduce the likelihood of the consequence as well as mitigate the severity of the consequence.
IATA IOSA audits and Gap Analysis
At CAG we know how daunting and detailed an IOSA audit is. Our knowledgeable and skilled auditors are trained and experienced in conducting IOSA audits and being audited by IOSA auditors. Our services allow your company to better prepare for any upcoming IOSA audit by simulating a full company audit or by performing any section of IOSA audit you feel needs attention.
We will provide:
- Guidance and insight on the IOSA audit process
- Evaluates your manuals, document management system and implementation of policies and procedures to conform to IOSA standards.
- Ensures IOSA vocabulary is used and understood by your teams.
- An onsite pre-audit of your manuals ensuring conformity, documented, and implemented.
- Provide strategies for auditee preparation and interaction with auditors.
A part of the IOSA audit process is ensuring your manuals are aligned with IATA Aircraft Handling Manual (AHM), Ground Operations Manual (GOM) and IOSA Standards and Recommended Practices (ISARPS). Our team at CAG is available to perform a detailed gap analysis between your company manuals and IATA manuals. Our report will highlight deficiencies between your manuals and IATA manuals, Procedures, or policies which you are more restrictive than IATA and all items which conform.
We go even further and can update your company policy and procedures manual based on the gap analysis performed by our team. Reducing items which your manual was found to be more restrictive, allowing more compliant work to be undertaken by your teams and suppliers. For those items which were found to be less restrictive and didn’t meet IATA standards, we can update your manual to align with IATA, or based on your feedback, if you prefer to remain less restrictive, we will conduct an in-depth risk assessment covering you from any audit findings or observations.
Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) audits, inspections and checklists
Our team of experienced auditors with more than 15 years of experience are on hand to carry out any audit or inspection required by your company or national regulatory authority.
Due to the current global pandemic, your team may not be able to travel. We have auditors and investigators posted globally to carry out the audit on your behalf, presenting you with a detailed report following your audit checklist and policy and procedures manual.
During normal operations we are on hand to provide QC and QA audits and inspections, allowing you to focus on more important matters.
With our vast experience, we have the skills and ability to produce any customized checklist required to suit your business needs. The checklist will be made using your requirements, company procedures manual and/or national regulatory authority.
